Refund / Exchange Policy
 

Order cancellation: Once an order is sent to production, via automatic fulfilment, it is too late to cancel or make changes, as printing happens automatically and swiftly. Because of the custom nature of the transaction, physical products sold by Swan Pro Pics on www.swan-pro-pics.co.uk are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

The cancellation or refund of digital images is at the discretion of Swan Pro Pics. Please contact Kym.

All special offers must be redeemed at the checkout, they will not be added post purchase nor will an order be refunded so that it can be applied retrospectively.
